Created in 1993 by graduates of the School of Economics and Management of the St. Petersburg Polytechnic Institute, UCG’s initial line of business was the registration of companies. When customers began to need assistance in making contracts, a legal division was created within the company. As market economy was gaining strength in Russia, UCG customers were required to calculate and pay taxes correctly, and UCG created the division of audit and finance. Well-established big businesses, which are a fairly new phenomenon in our country, are eager to have real-time access to management information. To provide this service to our customers, we established the division of information technologies. To be closer to our customers in national companies, we opened an office in Moscow.
This is not the end of the story. To be able to offer our clients state-of-the-art business technologies, we are on a permanent basis analyzing the trends of market development and are always ready to propose modern consulting mechanisms.
2011
New product – Seminars and Trainings specialized in sales and service – offered. Collaboration with K. Bakshtom, auther of 7 books on sales, and with «Service First» company. Accreditation as Expert Organization of the Arbitration Court in St-Petersburg and the Leningrad region obtained.

2009
Audit Chamber of Russia joined First Mogilevsky S. seminar held in St-Petersburg. New service « Certification og Management Systems» introduced. Joint projects with GUION conducted.
2007
Assessment Department organized membership in St-Petersburg Union of Construction Companies «Soyuzpetrostroy». Legal Department in Moscow office opened (started). Over 140 inspections conducted by Audit and Finance Division. Staff increased by 25%. Certificate of gualified services provided by UCG given by Moscow Audit Chamber. Russian Economy UCG acknowledged as one of Russian Economy Leaders.
2006
The UCG joined Moscow Audit Chamber. Six seminars for construction companies held. Image stone on old Arbat Laid. Diploma awarded by « The Russian Foundation for Consumer Protection»
2005
The UCG joined St-Petersburg Audit Chamber. Diploma for active participation in the Russia civilized consumer market forming awarded by «Moscow Consumer Protection Fund». More than 40 articles published and more than 200 responses given.
2004
Audit activity licence ( in general audit) received. The first construction seminar organized and conducted.
2002
The UCG now has on its staff over 50 professionals, mostly university graduates in relevant fields
